Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnapAudit (“the Service”), available at snapaudit.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

SnapAudit is a web-based tool that allows users to run automated performance, SEO, accessibility, security, and mobile audits on publicly accessible websites. The Service generates shareable reports with scores, AI-generated recommendations, and optional PDF exports depending on your subscription tier.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

SnapAudit offers Free, Pro, and Agency subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Free tier users receive 3 audits per calendar month. Usage resets on the first day of each month. Paid plans include unlimited audits.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to audit websites you do not own or have authorization to audit in a manner that disrupts those websites.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security measures.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell or redistribute audit data without a valid Agency subscription.
• Submit URLs designed to exploit server-side request forgery (SSRF) or other attack vectors.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology comprising the Service are owned by SnapAudit. You retain ownership of any data you submit (URLs, account information). Audit reports generated by the Service are licensed to you for your use. Free-tier reports include SnapAudit branding which may not be removed. Pro and Agency tier subscribers may use white-label reports as permitted by their plan.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPAUDIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SNAPAUDIT IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
